This commitment is manifested in storytelling and products that center around culture, community and commerce.

Throughout the year, I play a key role in shaping campaigns that demonstrate Target’s continued investment in Black communities, and are contextually relevant to pivotal moments like Black History Month, HBCU Homecoming and EssenceFest. These dynamic campaigns are seamlessly integrated across all mediums—Broadcast, Radio, Print, Digital, Social, and Out-of-Home—ensuring a comprehensive and impactful presence for our Black guests.
We amplify creators.
Anchored in the belief that meaningful partnerships are deeply human, we partner with content creators and influencers who authentically connect to Target’s brand. Notable collaborators have included Danielle Riley, the visionary behind Culture Shop; Tina Wells, a prolific author; Santwon McCray, a Cheer Champion; and Melissa Butler, the entrepreneurial force behind Lip Bar, among others. Together, we work in collaboration to find a collective flow that embodies our brand and their own unique style and expression.
